in Lisbon, Portugal, from November 24–26, 2025, it’s important to
be informed about the visa process to ensure a smooth and successful trip.

Business Visa (Schengen Visa for Conferences)
If you are attending the PublicHealth Summit–2025 as a
delegate, speaker, or exhibitor, and require a visa, you will need to apply for
a Short-Stay Schengen Visa for business or conference purposes.
Invitation Letter Process
To support your visa application:
- Complete your event
registration.
- Upon request, an official
invitation letter will be issued by the organizing committee.
- Invitation letters will be sent only
to participants who request them during the registration process.
Note: The invitation letter is intended to assist with your visa application
but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa issuance is subject to the
discretion of the Portuguese consulate or embassy.
Plan Ahead:
Visa processing times can vary by country and season. We
strongly recommend applying well in advance and consulting the nearest Portuguese
embassy or consulate for specific requirements and timelines.
